It is the responsibility of the customer/dog owner to ensure that the chosen dog accessory is appropriate for their furry friend, ensuring a proper fit and ensuring it doesn't cause any discomfort to the dog. By Teddy does not bear responsibility for ill-fitting accessories. Dogs come in all shapes and sizes, so a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't apply universally. If you need assistance with sizing, please reach out to us at hello@byteddy.com
Just like human accessories, dog accessories are susceptible to wear and tear, and it's up to the owner to monitor their condition to ensure they're safe for their pet. If any product shows signs of wear or damage, it shouldn't be used on the dog as intended.
While By Teddy accessories are suitable for most dogs for everyday use, dogs with behavioral issues or excessive pulling habits may cause our accessories to have a shorter lifespan. We do not offer refunds or replacements for accessories that have been misused or damaged by the dog.
Please be aware that By Teddy's fabric leads and collars are not heavy-duty accessories and aren't designed to withstand extreme pulling or rough wear. They are more aesthetic options suitable for smaller breeds and lighter usage. If you have a large or strong breed, refrain from purchasing these products. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by scratching, biting, etc., by the dog.
We recommend hand washing all our accessories, but always using water below 30 degrees Celsius.
By Teddy holds no legal responsibility for the use or misuse of the products sold.
Please note that we reserve the right to update our disclaimers and policies at any time without prior notice.
