Car Seat Set Up Guide
Thank you for purchasing one of our beds or car seats! We can't wait to see the aesthetic adventures you and your dog embark on together.
We just wanted to share a little guide on how to unpack and set up your car seat - along some tips on how to best care for it.
STEP ONE
Unpacking Your Bed
The car seats and beds are vacuum packed, which allows it to be transported nice and safely for you! Once your order has arrived, open up the packaging and the car seat or bed will slowly expand out!
Then when you've taken it out, you will need to fluff it up to make sure the structure is as it should be:
1. Pull the inside filling to make it nice and fluffy
2. Stretch out the bed edges straight
3. Fluff it up every so often over the next few days to a week
It may take a few of days to completely fluff out, expand and recover back to it’s true form. In all cases, the bed will hold it's shape.
STEP TWO
Using Your Car Seat
Did you know your new Car Seat is a 3-in-1 marvel? Use it as a car seat, a carrier or even a bed when you're out and about.
It comes equipped with two adjustable cotton straps to help secure your seat in place inside the car.
Simply attach to the seat and strap around either the head rest or around the back of the seat. Please adjust and tighten the straps to ensure the seat is secured safely and to you and your dog's liking.
If placing the car seat on the back seat of your car you can attach the straps to both your front and back seats.
The car seat also comes with a safety seat belt attachment inside, which you should use to safely attach to your dogs harness or collar. This ensures they stay inside the bed whilst travelling.
STEP THREE
Caring For Your Car Seat
Your Car Seat will arrive with the cover on. The cover is fully removable which allows to machine wash it.
1. Use zips to remove cover and put pillows to the side - Do not wash the pillows
2. Place the cover in the washing machine on a low heat, once finished leave to air dry
3. Once dry, place the pillows back inside the cover and zip back up
You are now ready to use your car seat again - fresh as new!
