What are your treats made from?
Every By Teddy treat starts with the same simple idea - ingredients you'd recognise from your own kitchen, nothing more than that. Real dried fruit, wholesome pantry staples like ground chickpeas, sweet potato and buckwheat, and a touch of coconut oil for richness. No wheat, no added sugar, nothing unnecessary.
Each flavour is a little different, so you'll find the full ingredient list and analytical breakdown on the relevant product page, or on the back of pack.
Where are your treats made?
Right here in the UK. Every By Teddy treat is softly baked in small batches, the way a good bakery works — slowly, thoughtfully, without rushing the process to fit a bigger production line. It also means fresher treats for your dog, and a much shorter journey from oven to pouch.
Do your treats contain palm oil?
No. All By Teddy treats are palm oil free.
What age are By Teddy treats okay to feed from?
By Teddy treats are suitable for all dogs aged 8 weeks and over, whatever their size. As with any new treat, break pieces down appropriately for smaller mouths and puppies, and always have fresh water on hand.
Are By Teddy treats available outside the UK?
At the moment, By Teddy is only available to order within the UK. We're hoping to open the bakery doors further afield in future - if there's somewhere you'd love to see us next, we'd love to hear it.
What's your returns policy?
If something's not right with your order, get in touch and we'll take care of it - with a replacement or a refund.
As our treats are a food product, we're unable to accept returns on opened or unopened treats.
My discount code doesn't work?
Treats currently sit outside our discount code eligibility. That said, we've got a range of bundle and subscription options above that offer even better value - take a look and see what suits your dog's rotation best.
What is a subscription?
A subscription simply means your dog's treats arrive on their own, without you having to remember. Choose how often you'd like deliveries: every month, six weeks, two months or three, and we'll take care of the rest, so the rotation never runs dry.
Subscribing also saves you an extra 10% on top of any bundle discount you've already chosen, whether that's a trial pack, a mix & match, or Teddy's Ultimate Feast. You can pause, amend or cancel anytime. No set-up cost, no obligation, just treats that keep showing up when they're supposed to.
